Steven spent 30 years in corporate information technology roles, mainly focusing on data warehousing and business intelligence.  A perennial techno-file and process analyst, he seeks to improve and simplify things in the most economical way.

He is a "people-person", being able to effectively communicate with clients from the C-Suite to the support staff - and from the 55+ community to young families.

Steven has a passion for getting things done - and getting them done right.  He'll make sure you understand what you need to know - and will be there for you when you need him.

How much does it cost to hire you, on an hourly basis?

The prices for private, one-on-one coaching sessions are the same for in-person as well as virtual sessions.

How do I book an appointment?

Call (862) 234-5646 or email us at info@sjkconsulting.net - tell us what's going on, when you want the session to take place, and we will get you set up! If you leave a voicemail, you'll hear back from us within 24 hours (but usually the same day). We are available 7 days a week, 9AM to 9PM Eastern time.

How does a virtual remote session work?

You contact us to schedule a session. We arrange to "meet with you" via phone call, or a video calling software -- and WE WILL SHOW YOU HOW TO USE IT! You can remain in the comfort of your home or any other location that has phone or internet service. You will speak live with us while we answer your questions and help you with your technical challenges.

How does an in-person visit work?

We service the central Morris County, NJ area - but will travel beyond that for a small "travel fee".

We'll ask what kind of devices you have (i.e. iPhone, Kindle, Windows laptop...) and what you need help with. Then we'll set up the "when and where".

We'll then provide you with an appointment confirmation.

When we arrive at your home/business we will provide you with a business card, so that you can safely identify us.

During the session, you can always ask us slow down, speak up, repeat things, and show you again, step-by-step how something is done. We can even document repetitive tasks that you may need for future reference.

Our goal is to empower people to connect with loved ones and the world through technology.

Do you offer support in areas outside of Morris County, NJ?

YES! With our remote support options, we can support you from ANYWHERE!  We are limited right now to the greater Morris County NJ area for on-site visits.

What devices do you cover?

We cover nearly all internet-connected devices, including, but not limited to: personal computers (PCs, Macs), smartphones (Android & iOS), Smart TVs, streaming devices (like Roku, Amazon TV, Apple TV), printers, routers, sound systems, automation systems, digital assistants, etc.

I identify as low or fixed income.  Will you still charge me?

Great question, as we know that times are hard for many people. Just like any other business or organization - we have to pay the bills! Like any other small business or nonprofit, we need to cover costs of running the organization. We know that we offer a phenomenal service for your money. We also take our work very seriously. We are confident that you'll find your session to be worth every penny.
